AAC Moblilex 2nd semester 2025-2026 long term

We are pleased to announce the launch of the call for applications for MOBLILEX international mobility grants from the University of Lille for the second semester of 2025-2026.

Moblilex aims to promote international research mobility, particularly among doctoral students, by offering grants for research stays in Lille (incoming mobility) or at partner institutions around the world (outgoing mobility).
This call for applications is open to doctoral students enrolled at the University of Lille for outgoing mobility (abroad).
Mobility must begin between January and June 2026 for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 10 months (mobility between January 2026 and December 2026).
PhD students on a gap year are not eligible for this grant.

Important:
The application file must contain the following documents in particular
- your CV in English,
- proof of any co-funding planned for mobility,
- a copy of your MERMOZ grant application simulation made on the Hauts-de-France Region website (https://aides.hautsdefrance.fr/sub/tiers/aides/details/?sigle=MERMOZ)
Doctoral students who are eligible for a mobility grant under the following calls are not eligible for MOBLILEX:

After completing your application form and obtaining the signature of your thesis supervisor, you must submit it to your laboratory (please contact your laboratory to find out their deadline for receiving applications).
Each laboratory will rank the applications and then send the ranking and applications to the ENGSYS Graduate School at the following email address: EG ENGSYS by Monday, 27 October 2025 at 5 p.m. at the latest.
The Graduate School will then forward the applications with Ulille's opinion for review.
The University of Lille will convene a committee and announce the results in early December 2025 for the allocation of mobility grants based on the available budget, the ranking and the selection committee's criteria.
